The builder behind the name.
Robert Curbelo isn't just a builder. He's a visionary who turned a passion for construction into a lifetime of work.
He began with a law degree and an unconventional path. In 1988, at 22, he built his first home, and he never looked back. That house became Curby Corp Homes, named "Curby Corp" in jest after his father, another respected builder.
Curby Corp Homes took its official shape in 2000, and its reputation was earned the same way it is today: exceptional work, and clients who tell their friends. Robert still builds high-end custom homes personally, one on one, to the standard he set on day one.
A legacy behind the name.
Our story starts with Robert, and with a Juris Doctor he chose not to use. At 22 he found that his real calling was construction and design, and law became the path not taken.
In 1988 he built his first home, a statement of craftsmanship and precision. "Curby Corp" began as a playful nod to his father, also a builder. It became something more after his father passed, when Robert renamed the company to honor the legacy behind it.
In 2000, Curby Corp was officially born. From the very first project the company ran on outstanding work and word of mouth, with no shortcuts and no noise, and that same standard still draws clients looking for personalized luxury.
